With Ilovemyhammock.com the vast majority of merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within 3-5 business days of order placement.

Shipping Rates

Shipping Rates are for the 48 contiguous United States.  Rates are based on product weight.  For orders outside the contiguous 48 please contact us at 1-888-549-8824 or support@ilovemyhammock.com prior to placing your order to confirm shipping rates. 

All shipping rates include shipping insurance for ilovemyhammock.com orders.

Note: Delivery addresses can not be a Post Office Box, Military APO, FPO, or AE.

Out of Stock Merchandise

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock.  In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder.  The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait until the item is in stock again.  Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with Ilovemyhammock.com, you must contact customer support by email (support@ilovemyhammock.com) or by phone (1-888-549-8824).  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting customer support with your request to cancel an order please be prepared to provide your name, order number, and contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.  In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Returns

Ilovemyhammock.com is committed to doing our best to ensure high-quality orders and customer satisfaction.

Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.

All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 48 hours of package delivery.  Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. Ilovemyhammock.com stands by the quality and craftmenship of our merchandise.  We will work with you to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns.

Refunds

 If your merchandise has been damaged, has missing parts, or has been mistakenly shipped please contact us to report a return claim.  Upon reciept of your return claim your order may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs).  If you have any qustions regarding your order, a return claim, or refund please contact us via email (support@ilovemyhammock.com) or by phone at 888-549-8824.

 Warranty Information

It is highly recommended that you register your product with the appropriate manufacturer after purchase to ensure proper warranty claim filing. 

Hammaka:  All Hammaka products have a 2-year manufacturer defect warranty.  Contact Hammaka directly for information, follow this link for more specific details http://www.hammaka.com/register/ (click on Product Warranty at the very bottom of the page).  If you have futher questions or are in need of assistance please contact Ilovemyhammock.com at support@ilovemyhammock.com or call 888-549-8824.

Outback Chair Company (Air Chair):  Every hanging hammock chair and hammock from Outback Chair Company is backed by a factory warranty against faulty workmanship or weak materials.  Please contact Outback Chair Company for warranty qualifications at 800-444-7998 or info@outbackchair.com.  If you need further assistance, please contact us via email or phone.

Kingcord:  Upon registration, we guarantee our Kingcord-made hammocks against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. If during those three years any such defects materialize, we will at our discretion replace or repair the hammock. Of course, this guarantee does not cover such factors as normal wear and tear, damage caused by vandalism, pets or wildlife, or prolonged exposure to the elements, e.g. precipitation, humidity.  Please contact Kingcord to file a warranty claim at 877-474-8864 or info@kingcord.com.  If you need further assistance, please contact us via email or phone.
