All shipping rates include shipping insurance for ilovemyhammock.com orders.
Note: Delivery addresses can not be a Post Office Box, Military APO, FPO, or AE.
Out of Stock Merchandise
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait until the item is in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

Kingcord: Upon registration, we guarantee our Kingcord-made hammocks against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. If during those three years any such defects materialize, we will at our discretion replace or repair the hammock. Of course, this guarantee does not cover such factors as normal wear and tear, damage caused by vandalism, pets or wildlife, or prolonged exposure to the elements, e.g. precipitation, humidity.
